A minimally interventionist wine produced using ancient winemaking techniques. Made from old Roditis vines grown in Greece’s coolest region, Amyndeo, Rawditis offers refreshing pleasure on several levels, both intellectual and sensory. Your next great discovery!
{raw} : natural, pure. It takes a truly talented winemaker to work in a non-interventionist way. Oenops’ “Raw” wines not only create great puns, but also delicious intrigue in a bottle.

Tasting Notes
Amber, orange color. Dense bouquet of dried apricots, peaches, mandarin peel, pulp, and flowers, with structure, good acidity, some salty notes, and impressive length. The fact that the grape juice is left in contact with the skins and seeds for 4 weeks is what makes this wine an orange wine.
