Nopera Winery, founded in 2013 by Nikolas Mytilineos, is Samos’s first post-monopoly estate, reviving the family’s historic legacy of producing high-quality Muscat wines, once exported to renowned clients like Noilly Prat of Marseille. The estate manages three organically farmed vineyards totaling 4 hectares, with old goblet-trained vines averaging 20 years of age. Embracing organic and slowly transitioning to biodynamic practices, Nopera produces wines with minimal intervention, allowing every bottle to fully express the unique character of Samos.
