Founded in 2014 by Yannis Valambous, who returned to Santorini after a career in London, Vassaltis Vineyards blends family legacy with modern innovation. Located in Vourvoulos, the estate released its first vintage in 2015 and focuses on expressing the purity and character of Santorini’s unique volcanic terroir.  Today, the estate manages 20 hectares of owned vineyards and collaborates with additional growers, giving it high autonomy over grape sourcing and quality. Committed to sustainable viticulture and minimal-intervention winemaking, Vassaltis produces deliberately small volumes, ensuring each bottle reflects meticulous care and the essence of the island.
