Serifiotiko
Serifiotiko (pronounced Se-ree-fo-TEE-ko) is a rare pink-skinned grape variety native to Serifos in the Cyclades, now also grown on Syros.
Mainly used for white wines, it produces aromatic and elegant wines with notes of citrus and stone fruit, floral nuances, moderate acidity, and refreshing minerality. Often grown on ungrafted vines, Serifiotiko highlights the distinctive terroir of the Cyclades islands and offers a unique tasting experience for adventurous wine lovers.
