1. Shipping & Delivery
Andromachi Selection ensures delivery of every order. Orders are delivered either by our own transport services or via our selected parcel delivery partners.
By placing an order, the buyer confirms that they are at least 18 years of age and certifies that the shipment will be received and signed for by a person aged 18 or older.

Products ordered through our web-shop can be delivered to:
- Belgium
- The Netherlands
- Luxembourg
- Germany
- France
- Italy
- Spain
For deliveries outside these countries (including the United Kingdom), please contact us in advance at hello@andromachiselection.be to discuss available shipping options and costs.
Recommended Order Quantities
For safe and efficient transport, we recommend ordering in 6-bottle or 12-bottle cases.
Orders exceeding 12 bottles may be shipped in multiple parcels or via pallet transport depending on volume and destination.
Shipping Costs
Shipping and packaging costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on:
- destination country
- parcel size
- total order weight/volume
Andromachi Selection reserves the right to change shipping prices at any time with immediate effect.

Free Delivery — Belgium
Free delivery in Belgium applies to orders with a final payable amount of €200 or more (after discounts and promotions).
Free delivery covers standard parcel shipment up to 12 bottles.
Orders exceeding 12 bottles may require:
- multiple parcels, or
- pallet transport
In such cases, Andromachi Selection reserves the right to charge an additional delivery fee or to contact the customer before shipment to confirm delivery conditions.
Delivery Times
Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Indicative delivery times:
- Belgium: 1 to 5 business days
- Other countries: delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier
While we always aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date and are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or incorrect delivery information.
In the unlikely event of a shipping delay, you will be informed by email.

Customs & Duties
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer, who is expected to be aware of and comply with local import regulations.
Undeliverable or Returned Shipments
If a shipment is returned to us for any reason other than damage or fault, we reserve the right to:
- retain the original shipping costs, and/or
- charge a reshipment fee.

3. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Conformément à la législation européenne sur la protection des consommateurs, vous avez le droit de retourner votre commande dans les 14 jours calendaires suivant sa réception, sans fournir de motif.
The withdrawal period begins the day after you (or a third party designated by you) receive the order.
How to Exercise Your Right of Return
To initiate a return, you must notify Andromachi Selection within 14 days by email at:

Conditions for Returns
Pendant la période de rétractation :
- Products and packaging must be handled with care
- Products may only be unpacked and inspected to the extent necessary to decide whether to keep them
- Further use of the product is not permitted
Returned products must:
- be in their original condition and packaging
- include all accessories, labels, notices, and instructions
If the value of the product has been reduced due to improper handling, we reserve the right to apply a partial or no refund.
⚠️ Opened bottles cannot be returned, unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
- The risk of loss or damage during return shipment remains with the buyer until received by Andromachi Selection
- We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service
Refunds
Once the returned products have been received and inspected, we will refund all payments received from you within 10 working days.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
4. Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products:
- made to your specifications, or
- clearly personalised.
