Paros Farming Community (PFC) is a collective of 30 local families dedicated to reviving and modernizing the island’s winemaking traditions. Established as a cooperative, PFC focuses on the indigenous grape varieties Monemvassia and Mandilaria, cultivating them with respect for the land and a commitment to sustainability. The community manages 12 hectares of vineyards belonging to its member-growers, farmed using traditional viticulture methods, including the aplotaria low-training system that protects the vines from strong island winds. Their wines, including the SEIRADI series, are known for their intense fruit character, balanced structure, and distinctive mineral, salty finish that reflects the unique terroir of Paros.
