Serving suggestions

Vinification
Co-vinification of both varieties, direct pressing of destemmed grapes, control of must turbidity, fermentation temperature 14ºC. Stirring once a week for three months in stainless steel vats.

Food pairing
Stuffed tomatoes, eggplant ragout, red mullet fillet with orange, sea urchin salad, spicy octopus waffle, fried small fish.
