Siflogo Winery is a family-run natural and organic wine workshop located in the mountain village of Platystoma on the island of Lefkada, Greece. Founded in 1994 by Dionysis and Maria Papanikolopoulou, this winery draws inspiration from traditional practices passed down from generation to generation. Today, their son Vasilis Papanikolopoulos works alongside his parents, bringing both passion and a contemporary vision to this heritage.

The estate cultivates 3 hectares of privately-owned vineyards on dry, calcareous, rocky soils in the mountainous region of Lefkada. They exclusively grow indigenous grape varieties such as Vertzami, Vardea, Chlori, Asprovartzamo, and Mavropatrino using certified organic farming methods, without artificial inputs, and vinify each wine naturally. Each cuvée tells a story of terroir, tradition, and deep respect for the Ionian land.
