Tasting Notes
Initially reserved on the nose, showing tangy red fruits, strawberry, cherry, sour cherry, grapefruit, and a hint of minerality. Delicate spicy notes and subtle raisin appear with aeration. On the palate, it’s gastronomic, with restrained acidity, soft tannins, and a slightly buttery finish that leaves lingering aromatic freshness. Over time, bright crunchy fruit emerges, and the mouthfeel tightens like a young red, making it a natural rosé that flirts with elegance.
