About this producer
Founded in 2018 by Alexis Kolovos, Yiannis Papaeconomou, and Ilias Roussakis, ALS is a boutique Assyrtiko project born from deep experience in Santorini’s volcanic vineyards. Managing around 3 hectares of old, dry-farmed terraces (kouloura), some up to 60 years old, and working with minimal intervention, they produce small volumes of intensely saline, mineral whites from the heights of Imerovigli.
