Vinification

Typical white wine vinification techniques, 100% whole grapes (without using a destemmer). Fermentation began in stainless steel tanks and was completed in 500-liter French oak barrels and 2,000-liter oak vats. It remained in oak for 6 months, 5 months in a stainless steel tank on its lees, and has since been bottled.
