Tasting Notes
Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Fresh and mineral with dense fruity and floral notes. On the nose, expressive aromas of unripe yellow fruits and citrus on a background of wet stones and herbs. Concentration, rich texture, power, and elegance on the palate. Notes of orange peel, lemon cream, honeysuckle, and a hint of pineapple. The characteristic accentuated acidity creates dynamism, while a slight honeyed sensation softens the citrus on the palate, leading to a long finish.
