Elegantly crafted from vineyards in the far north of Greece within a 600 km radius, this wine is unfiltered to preserve its natural character. The tannins are juicy, while the Xinomavro adds a fresh herbaceous character and shows good liveliness on the finish.

Serving suggestions

Vinification
The grapes are carefully sorted and pressed whole in a vertical press. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats, open barrels, and concrete vats. Nine months of aging on fine lees in old barrels, concrete vats, and stainless steel vats.
