Tasting Notes
Pale lemon color. Elegant aromas of quince, citrus, pear, bergamot, lemon, chamomile, and green apple. On the palate, medium-bodied with refreshing acidity. Juicy, sweet apples, quince, pear, and melon mingle with notes of white flowers. Long finish thanks to six months of aging on fine lees in amphorae.
