Crisp fruits (cherries, wild berries) blend perfectly with floral, earthy, herbaceous, and sweet spice notes. With a thick texture and mineral character, cherry dominates on the palate. The acidity adds crispness and the tannins are velvety. Decanting this wine is highly recommended.

Spontaneous fermentation in amphorae and 500-liter oak barrels. Aged for 10 months on fine lees in concrete vats, amphorae, and large old barrels. Bottled unfiltered.
