Attractive light salmon color. Fresh aromas of blood orange, strawberry, and white cherry. Rich and crisp on the palate with a hint of tomato leaf. A rosé that ages remarkably well.

Serving suggestions
Vinification
After cooling to 5°C, the grapes are carefully sorted and pressed whole in a vertical press. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel and concrete vats, separately for each vineyard plot. Aged on fine lees for 3-4 months.
