Tsipouro Plantæ is a botanical interpretation of traditional Cycladic tsipouro. Starting from an artisanal pomace spirit, the distillery creates a more aromatic and herb-driven expression inspired by local recipes and wild plants from Syros. It bridges Greek distilling tradition with a contemporary botanical approach.

Production
The tsipouro base undergoes a careful double distillation to increase purity and aromatic intensity. It is then infused with a blend of local Cycladic herbs and spices. The aim is to balance the structure of the pomace spirit with the freshness and complexity of the botanicals. Produced in small batches with no artificial flavourings.
Food pairing
Designed as a sipping spirit, it is best enjoyed without a specific pairing, allowing the botanicals of the Cyclades to express themselves freely.
