The ALTITUDE range explores the exciting potential of grapes grown at altitude and in cool climates, a key element in coping with climate change. ALTITUDE White is a Peloponnese PGI blend of Moschofilero (Mantinia) and Assyrtiko & Malagousia (mountainous Aegialia). This unique combination of indigenous Greek grape varieties offers the very essence of Greece: sunshine, purity, and authenticity in an easy-to-drink wine of exceptional value, making it a fantastic introduction to Greek vineyards.

Vinification
The three grape varieties are transferred immediately after harvesting to a cold room where they spend the night at a temperature of 7-8°C. The next day, the grapes are gently pressed using a pneumatic press, then undergo alcoholic fermentation at 16-18°C using selected yeasts. Blending takes place immediately after fermentation is complete, and the wine rests on its fine lees for 4 to 6 weeks before being bottled.

Food pairing
The perfect accompaniment to seafood, sushi, and fried calamari.
