Serving suggestions

Vinification
It is produced using classic red winemaking techniques with an average extraction period (10 days). The fermentation process is carried out with indigenous yeasts under controlled temperature conditions. Aging takes place for 10 months in 225 lt and 500 lt French oak barrels (30% new and 70% used).

Meat dishes with light red sauces, barbecue, lamb stew, coq au vin, grilled eggplant.
