Serving temperature

Vinification
Low pressure, long pressing cycles on pneumatic presses for whole grapes. One week of pre-fermentation bâtonnage. Controlled-temperature alcoholic fermentation (16-18⁰C). Aged in steel tanks and used French oak barrels (228 liters) on fine lees for 6 months.
