ROZ is a low-intervention wine made from the local Mavrodaphne grape variety, with a delightful salmon pink color and coppery highlights. An elegantly aromatic rosé displaying fresh strawberries, cherries, and pomegranate with an underlying note of melon. Smooth with a beautiful balance and a crisp palate enveloped in red fruits, rose, and bay leaf. A long finish complemented by hints of freshly squeezed lemon, peppery spices, and flint.

Vinification
Rigorous sorting of perfectly healthy grapes. Roz is vinified like a white wine, fermenting only the free-run juice. Gentle methods are applied as naturally as possible, allowing the variety and terroir to express their own character. No clarifiers or filters are used during vinification and bottling in order to preserve the authenticity of the wine.
Food pairing
An ideal wine for lunch or as an aperitif. Enjoy with fish, grilled salmon, or tuna with a fresh summer salad.
