Volume
The Aslanis family wanted to capture the purity of the oldest Malagousia vineyard in a bottle by following a winemaking method that was widespread in ancient times.
Without any treatment or addition of exogenous products, this noble wine combines assertive character and refreshing tension. When aerated, it reveals its full depth and generous body, showing us just how far Malagousia can go.

Tasting Notes
Although made from a white grape variety, this natural wine has a coppery color due to prolonged contact with the skins, which makes it more similar to an “orange” wine. The wine is enriched with soft tannins and a range of aromas such as orange peel, dried apricot, quince, aromatic herbs, toasted almonds, white flowers, and jasmine. The palate is structured, with lively acidity and a long finish. An absolute discovery!
