This wine combines a citrus freshness with herbaceous and spicy notes that reflect its terroir and the care taken by the winemaker. The low-yielding, unirrigated vines produce a flavorful, complex, and concentrated wine, whose salinity evokes the Aegean Sea breeze.

Tasting Notes
Aromas of dried citrus, bergamot peel, sweet honey with some vanilla and mineral notes. On the palate, a fresh attack, a menthol touch followed by a subtly spicy finish. Aging for approximately three months on fine lees in French oak barrels adds richness and a long finish.
