From a small organic vineyard in northern Greece, Des. is a naturally sweet Chardonnay — with no additions — crafted through gentle dehydration of the grapes while still on the vine. Harvested in late August to preserve both sugar and acidity, it spends two years aging in barrels, developing remarkable depth and complexity. The result is a rare sweet wine of balance, texture, and quiet power.

Tasting Notes

Golden with amber highlights. Aromas of dried fruits, walnut, and baked apple lead to a luscious yet fresh palate, where natural sweetness is lifted by vibrant acidity. Rich and layered, with a lingering nutty finish — elegant and contemplative, this is a wine to savor on its own or alongside blue cheese and nut-based desserts.
