Thalero explores the Muscat of Spina through a winemaking process that involves skin contact. Grown in the Plai vineyard, at an elevation of 540 meters near Palaia Roumata, this dry orange wine offers a herbaceous and floral expression of the grape variety, accompanied by a delicate tannic structure.

Vinification
The grapes are destemmed and then lightly crushed by hand. Fermentation begins spontaneously, with the must remaining in contact with the skins for 14 days. After the skins are removed, half of the wine is aged for five months on its lees in tanks; the other half spends two months in previously used French oak barrels.

Food pairing
A variety of cheeses, wild herb pies, and flavorful dishes.
