Sourced from the Kylistra vineyard, located at an elevation of 450 meters near Tsourouniana, Agria Krassi showcases the Romeiko grape. The 60-year-old ungrafted vines produce a dry red wine in which fruit flavors blend with the varietal’s herbal and spicy notes.

Vinification
Fermentation begins spontaneously in small 200-liter wooden containers. Half of the grapes ferment as whole clusters; the other half are crushed. Maceration lasts 18 days. After fermentation, the wine ages for four months in tanks before bottling.
