This limited-production Merlot comes from a high-altitude vineyard of the highest quality. Low yields, due to careful viticulture and late harvesting, produce ripe, highly aromatic grapes. With a dense and intense flavor, this is a wine with a distinctive character. Enjoy it blind or surprise your friends with a Merlot from the heart of the Peloponnese.
In Greek mythology, Cepheus was a king of Arcadia. He was an Argonaut and the father of Antinoe and Asterope.

Vinification
It is produced using traditional red wine vinification methods, with a long extraction period of 25 days. During the first few days of fermentation, part of the juice is removed from the vat so that the ratio of grape skins and seeds to grape juice is higher, producing a red wine that is rich in antioxidants and concentrated. Malolactic fermentation is carried out to complete the bouquet of aromas. Aged for 15 months in oak barrels.

Food pairing
Meat dishes, rich red sauces, steaks, spicy sausages, cheese platters.
