Serving suggestions

Vinification
Asterope is produced using modern winemaking techniques, with pre-fermentation extraction at a temperature of 10°C for 48 hours. Fermentation takes place at a low temperature of 14°C and the fresh wine remains in contact with its fine lees for around 1 to 2 months.
