In Greek mythology, Asterope was the sister of Antinoe.

Andromachi’s
Tasting Notes

Pale pink in color, it offers seductive aromas of flowers, jasmine, honeysuckle, and a delicate note of rose Turkish delight. Juicy and caressing on the palate, with flavors that linger on a pleasantly fresh finish.

Vinification

Asterope is produced using modern winemaking techniques, with pre-fermentation extraction at a temperature of 10°C for 48 hours. Fermentation takes place at a low temperature of 14°C and the fresh wine remains in contact with its fine lees for around 1 to 2 months.
