A journey through Greece, one vineyard at a time.
The 2025 vintage in Greece feels like a deep breath — calmer skies, balanced seasons, and the quiet confidence of vines finding their rhythm again.
In Macedonia, at Aslanis Winery near Thessaloniki, the year brought balance and grace. Gentle rains, no extremes, and grapes ripened in peace. Limnio and Assyrtiko are shining this year, while a new Xinomavro rosé is soon to join their elegant range.
Further south in Santorini, at Vassaltis, hope takes root in the volcanic soil. Replanting and renewal continue against all odds — proof that resilience can be as strong as the island’s wind. “Autonomy” is the word of the year here, and the promise of bright, mineral Assyrtiko fills the air.
In Mantinia, Leonidas Nassiakos harvested Moschofilero of rare finesse: fragrant, precise, and full of light. High-altitude vineyards and cooler nights shaped wines that speak softly but beautifully of their land.
In Attica, the story is tougher. Frost hit AΩTON’s vineyards in April, leaving only a fraction of fruit. Yet Sotiris continues, steadfast, knowing that what remains will be precious — wines born of courage and endurance.
And from the island of Samos, good news: the vines recovered their strength. Dimitra, the young oenologist behind Nopera winery, spoke with joy about healthy Muscat grapes and exciting new projects on the horizon.
Finally, in Paros, the calm returned. Dimitris Mansolas of PFC Project described a harvest “like the old days” — patient, measured, and in perfect harmony with the island’s rhythm.

Across Greece, 2025 tells a story of renewal, patience, and quiet confidence.
A vintage shaped by human hands, sea breezes, and the timeless bond between people and land.
History, heritage and a glass of Greece. 🇬🇷✨
