It is with particular emotion that I see Novus, A Priori Mantinia Moschofilero 2024 featured on the iconic Jancis Robinson website, in an article by Julia Harding MW, published on 2 January 2026.

I was the first to introduce this winery and this wine to Belgium, convinced by Leonidas Nassiakos’s new beginning after more than thirty years of experience in leading estates. Novus is a young, personal project, born on the Mantinia plateau and deeply rooted in the history of Moschofilero.

This international recognition, coming at the very first steps of the estate, feels deeply symbolic — like a ποδαρικό, a good omen — for a wine that embodies freshness, precision and a profound fidelity to a grape variety that Leonidas knows better than anyone.
