Andromachi’s Tasting Notes
Made with elegance in mind, from vineyards across the very north of Greece within a 600km of distance, this wine is not filtered in order to preserve its natural character. Tannins are juicy, while the Xinomavro adds a fresh herbal character and shows good vivacity on the finish.

Vinification: Grapes are sorted carefully and pressed with whole clusters in a vertical press. Fermentation takes place in INOX tanks, open top barrels and concrete tanks. 9 months of aging on the fine lees in old barrels, concrete and inox tanks.
