Rawditis 2022

OENOPS WINES | DRAMA

A minimal intervention wine produced following ancient winemaking techniques. Made from old Roditis vines, cultivated in the coolest region of Greece, Amyndeo, Rawditis offers a refreshing, multi-level, intellectual and sensory pleasure. Your next big discovery!

{raw} : natural, pure. It really takes a very talented winemaker to work in a non-interventionist way. Oenops’ “Raw” wines create not only great wordplay, but also delicious intrigue in a bottle.

Andromachi’s Tasting Notes

Copper coloured (not quite white, but definitely not red). Dense bouquet of dried apricots, peaches, tangerine peel, pulp and blossom flowers, exhibiting bergamot flavour, structure, good acidity, some saline notes and awesome length. The fact that the juice of the grapes is left in contact with the skins and seeds for 4 weeks is what makes this wine an orange wine.
