An impressive single vineyard wine from a recently recovered ancestral variety. Exuberant fruit with a floral touch that nevertheless retains a beautiful salty taste to the mid palate.

The “Dots family” consists of single varietal wines from indigenous varieties. You will find the name of each wine’s variety in the illusional label.

Andromachi’s Tasting Notes

Pale lemon colour, elegant aromas of quince, citrus, pear, bergamot, lemon, chamomile and green apple. On the palate, medium body with refreshing acidity. Juicy, sweet apples, quince, pears and melons intertwine with notes of white flowers. Long finish thanks to a six-month ageing on the fine lees in amphoras.
