Top-of-the-range terroir driven rosé that can be paired to perfection with a wide variety of dishes. Delicious, aromatic and slightly spicy in pink colour as its name suggests. A unique style of rosé in limited bottles!

Andromachi’s Tasting Notes

The ROZ is a low intervention wine made from the local Mavrodaphne grape variety with a delightful salmon with a copper hue pink. An elegantly aromatic rosé displaying lively strawberries, cherries, pomegranate with an underlying melon note. Smooth with beautiful balance and a crisp palate enveloped in red fruits, rose and laurel. Long aftertaste completed by a hint of freshly squeezed lemon, peppery spice and wet stones.

Viticulture: Eco-oriented

Vinification: Strict sorting of perfectly healthy grapes. Roz is vinified as a white wine, fermenting only the must of free flow. Gentle methods are applied as naturally as possible, letting the variety and the terroir express their own character. No clarifiers and filters are used during winemaking and bottling to preserve the wine's authenticity.
