Andromachi’s Tasting Notes
A richly complex Mavrotragano of deep purple colour that relies on a very particular microclimate and the hands of skilled winemakers. The wine is lush with dark fruits, ripe plum and berries, some dried herbs and dark chocolate on the palate. Full bodied, balanced by minerality, graceful tannins and warm oak that leads into a bloom of spice on the finish. Pour the wine into a decanter and let it breathe for roughly 2 hours.
