“Come and have a rosé on the Veranda!” Xinomavro, the dominant grape of Northern Greece exhibiting a firm tannic structure as well as a lively acidity, under the special care of the winemaker gives a powerful but highly elegant rosé wine. In addition, a small proportion of Merlot in the blend, appropriate for this PGI designation, adds a final refinement.
