Seiradi Red 2022

PAROS FARMING COMMUNITY | PAROS

Sipping Seiradi Red is akin to a dusk-lit waltz amidst autumnal orchards, where every step stirs up fragrances of ripe currants and cherries, only to be followed by the earthy whisper of tomato leaves. Part of Decanter Cool customers: The top red wines to chill.

< σειράδι, [si_rάα_dee] > a series of plants arranged in a straight line, metaphorically, the thread that connects PFC to the past, the imaginary line of a sequence of events.

Andromachi’s Tasting Notes

Beautifully deep coloured wine, fruit-forward, light bodied with fresh acidity and soft tannins. Red currants and sour cherries dominate, gradually joined by notes of tomato leaves. Distinct acidity on the edge of the mouth, balanced by the warmth of alcohol. Light-bodied but very concentrated unoaked red. Long aftertaste with fruity aroma. Let it "breathe" and enjoy it chilled!
