Andromachi’s Tasting Notes

Pale ruby in colour. Full of Mediterranean aromas: seductive violets, earthy dried tomatoes, olive tapenade and thyme, around a core of cherries and strawberries. Dominant flavours on the red fruit, spicy and herbal realm followed by a feeling of meatiness. Medium-bodied supported by well-balanced acidity and substantial tannins.
