ALS Wine

A shared vision for Santorini’s terroir led long time friends Alexis, Yiannis and Ilias to create the Alς Wine project.

With more than 20 years experience working on the island, they have become experts in vineyard management.

In 2015, Yiannis and Ilias built the Vassaltis Winery from scratch as the oenologists responsible for the entire winemaking process.

In 2018, together with Alexis they decided to vinify a small part of their own yield and their first pure Assyrtiko creation was born.
